Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Unit Manager to lead our nursing administrative team and coordinate resident care. You will monitor patient needs, guide a care team, and collaborate with physicians to develop personalized care plans.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN/RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care.

Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including:

• Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
• Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
• Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
• Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
