Lake City for Nursing and Healing is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing administrative team and deliver high-quality resident care. This leadership role focuses on promoting patient well-being and coordinating with medical staff to ensure exceptional nursing services.

As a key leader you will monitor patient needs, coordinate with physicians, develop care plans, supervise staff, and ensure accurate documentation, while maintaining a supportive, collaborative work

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia (GA).
• Experience in rehabilitation/nursing home settings.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN/RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care.

Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including:

• Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
• Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
• Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
• Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
