Ciena Healthcare in Michigan is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care and health education for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and others, and you’ll review and implement nursing procedures and systems.

The role emphasizes assessment and plan-of-care development, contributing to MDS/CAA evaluations, and ensuring safe medication administration. You'll apply a systematic nursing process to deliver individualized care and support a collaborative

Competenze

• Current CPR certification; management or supervision experience in long-term care preferred.
