Autumn Lake Healthcare at Spa Creek is seeking a Unit Manager to supervise daily nursing activities and lead a compassionate team in a meticulous care environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring all care adheres to current regulations and standards, with a focus on quality outcomes for residents and staff. Prior Unit Manager experience and LTC familiarity are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience as a Unit Manager preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Ensure supervision complies with federal, state, and local standards and regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• The primary purpose of the job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty
• Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Unit Manager:

• Previous Experience as a Unit Manager preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse
