Qualifications

• Ability to lead confidently and thoughtfully.
• Ability to give and accept guidance and support.
• Confidence to lead a group of 30+ campers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend Unit Head, Leadership, and supervisory meetings.
• Oversee implementation and execution of programming.
• Serve as primary supervisor for assigned staff.
