This position is a permanent, full-time role with a 40-hour work week, offering a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves managing facility services, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting sustainability initiatives within a multi-unit facilities management organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to goal setting, budgeting, and business planning for the unit.
  2. Manage facilities management services including safety, maintenance, and improvements.
  3. Oversee external service providers and ensure service quality.
  4. Participate in inspections, audits, and certifications.
  5. Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and legislation.
  6. Assist in cost control and efficiency improvements.
  7. Support construction projects and asset management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-unit facilities management organization.
  • Practical knowledge of facility systems such as CAFM, electrical, HVAC, and energy management.
  • Experience supporting sustainability initiatives.

Additional Information:

  • Shifts include evenings and weekends; schedules are published one month in advance.
  • Pay range: $62,158 - $89,950.
