The Unit Down/EO Expeditor supports the Customer Support department by assisting Customer Support Reps, Planners, and external suppliers to fill high-priority orders. Responsible for expediting parts delivery to meet demand, replenishment, and unforeseen needs. Manages both non-stock and stock backorders, reviews inventory levels, and identifies supplier deficiencies to recommend improvements. Collaborates with planners to ensure proactive coverage of requirements, including demand, kits, and future orders.
Salary Range: $45,440 - $56,800, based on experience, skills, market rates, role responsibilities, education, certifications, and location.
