UPMC Altoona seeks a Unit Director to oversee PACU, Surgical Pre-Testing, and Same Day Surgery. Must hold an active RN license and have leadership experience to guide clinical operations, quality improvement, staffing, and financial performance.

You will recruit, develop, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of safety and professional growth. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and drive shared governance initiatives, ensuring outstanding patient care and staff

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership experience.
• BS/BSN required at time of hire; MSN required or MBA if applicable.
• Master's degree in Nursing required; if master's not in nursing, a BSN is required.
• Current RN licensure and active licensure status.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and regulatory compliance experience.
