Overview

Sentara is currently hiring an RN Unit Coordinator to work at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital on the Med Surg/IMC/Stroke Unit. Hours/Shift: Full-time, Nights RN Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Minimum Requirements

Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing 18 months nursing experience BSN, MSN, or RN Doctorate from an accredited school BLS required within 90 days of hire

Compensation

The base pay range for full-time employment is $47.42 - $68.63 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
