Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring RN Unit Coordinators to support the Intermediate Care Unit. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts including nights.

Under the supervision of the department manager, you will lead nursing care, drive safety and quality initiatives, and help streamline workflow while supporting staff development and delivering Gold Standard customer service.

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact multi-state license in good standing
• 18 months nursing experience
• BSN, MSN, or RN Doctorate from an accredited school
• BLS required within 90 days of hire

Job Responsibilities:

RN Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff.
