Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CPR certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the medical record at unit level for timely access.
• Shreds discarded patient information each shift.
• Performs routine tasks under nurse supervision.
• Prepares and maintains unit records and reports for quality.
• Maintains and monitors unit supplies to ensure availability.
• Facilitates unit communications and relays patient information to RN/LPN.
• Projects a caring, friendly image to patients and customers.
