Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ seeks a Unit Controller for Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital (Food) to prepare financial and operating reports and lead analyses. You will work closely with site operators to drive performance toward targets while preserving strong internal controls over cash, inventory, and equipment.

The role focuses on building forecasts, managing cash flow, AP/AR, and coordinating with leadership on budgets and pro formas for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive finance experience, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• Strong teamwork in budgeting, cost control, and monthly reporting.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and commitment to financial controls and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while staying organized and taking initiative.
• Ability to assess current processes and drive improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on systems, reporting, and program changes, as applicable
• Develop pro formas for new business and growth opportunities
• Provide operational, regional, and account support as directed by finance leadership

Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Unit Controller to prepare financial and operating reports and lead financial analysis. The Unit Controller partners closely with operators to drive performance toward targets while maintaining strong internal controls over cash, inventory, and equipment.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position is $80,000.00 to $90 ,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
