What We’re Looking For:Organized, courteous, and proactive team player
One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Computer experience and clerical skills preferred

What You Will Do:Support unit operations through administrative excellence, ensuring patient and care team needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and supporting clinical teams through clerical expertise.
Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate unit records and documentation
Provide thorough change-of-shift reports and maintain current medical records
Ensure all forms are completed, signed, and filed according to policy
Maintain organized and fully stocked nursing station and patient care areas
Track and enter charges, retrieve and distribute medications per policy
Facilitate smooth admission and discharge processes, including accurate data entry and interdepartmental communication
Greet and assist patients and visitors according to organizational values
Perform other duties as assigned
