Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks a Part-time Unit Clerk to perform essential clerical tasks in a hospital unit, including typing, filing, and telephone communications while supporting quality patient care. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of experience, and strong communication skills.
Proficiency with PC systems and office equipment is required, along with professional conduct and confidentiality.

Performs all Unit Clerk duties including, but not limited to: typing and PC applications, filing, business machine functions, telephone and written communications, and assists in the facilitation of quality patient care.
High school graduate or equivalent, business school or formal secretarial training a plus. One to two years’ minimum experience required. Preferred Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
PC and appropriate software knowledge, knowledge of office equipment and supplies. A solid understanding of department related terminology. Good communication skills both oral and written as well as good interpersonal skills required. Customer service oriented. Service specific skills.
Exposure Class I or II, service specific. Routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions or secretions (I). Limited exposure to situations, which could cause serious illness or injury (II).
Light to Medium work (depending on the unit assignment).
All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.
Management and/or Administrative Assistant.
Pay Range: $18.25 - $22.50 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range
