Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Livingston is seeking a part-time Unit Clerk to provide clerical support on the Progressive Care unit, handling patient registrations, admissions, discharges and transfers.
You will answer calls, triage communications, maintain patient records, and ensure the unit environment and supplies are ready for patient care, contributing to a safe, patient-centered experience.

Under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager and/or designee provides clerical support for patients, visitors and colleagues on assigned nursing units. Facilitates patient registrations, admissions, discharges and transfers. Supports the patient experience and the culture of safety by providing equipment maintenance, stocking and ordering unit supplies, maintaining unit appearance and overall environment of care. Provides reception services to patients, families, visitors and other unit guests.
