Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates orientation activities with leadership.
• Provides educational experiences to develop staff skills and competencies.
• Acts as validator, super-user, and trainer for annual competencies and processes.
• Maintains unit-based education records.
• Collaborates with director to develop and implement education plans.
