Job summary

Responsibilities include providing drug information, monitoring interactions, and supporting geriatric, pediatric, and adult patient populations within a hospital setting. Requires three 12-hour shifts weekly and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Must have an active GA Pharmacy license.
• ICU/PCU experience and residency training preferred.
• One year of previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Unit Based Pharmacist will be working three 12hr shifts per week + every fourth weekend.
