Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Full Time 36 hours weekly Day Shift Position Purpose: This position is responsible for promoting improved patient care outcomes through coordinating effective orientation, education, evaluation and ongoing development of all support, technical and nursing colleagues. This is accomplished through a combination of direct patient care and unitbased education responsibilities (approximately 50/50). This position accepts the responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care with the multidisciplinary team while using the nursing process and maintaining professional nursing standards.
