MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is seeking a dedicated RN to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Medical and Surgical areas. This role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust plans of care and discharge planning based on evidence-based practice.

Is responsible and accountable for the delivery of patient care during the patient stay. Assists and directs the work of the support staff in the provision of care while maintaining professional nursing standards. Performs general nursing duties with minimal supervision. Assists in the Emergency Room as needed.
