• Provide safe patient mobilization and fall-prevention interventions.
• Use two patient identifiers for tasks and testing; maintain privacy (HIPAA).
• Engage in teamwork, support peers, and participate in unit goals.
• Demonstrate patient satisfaction through courteous care and responsiveness.
• Follow AIDET, maintain a quiet, respectful environment for patients and families.
• Adhere to social media policy and report unusual occurrences via event system.
• Adjust care routines to meet individual patient needs as assigned.
