• Orders medications as directed by the Care Team Coordinator.
• Prepares monthly summaries and charting on residents.
• Makes periodic checks on residents.
• Transports residents to doctor appointments.
• Maintains clean living area for residents.
• Cooperates with staff to provide nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
