McLaren Health Care is seeking a Unit Assistant to support nursing unit operations and patient flow. You will handle data entry, scheduling, filing and supply ordering to keep the department running smoothly.
Responsibilities include answering intercoms, greeting visitors, coordinating with nurses and physicians, maintaining patient records, and ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance in daily tasks. Full-time evening shift schedule is provided, with opportunities to contribute to efficient care

Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support nursing unit operations and the delivery of effective and efficient services to meet the needs of patients and families. This includes establishing and maintaining efficient communication, accurate data entry, maintaining inventory of identified forms and supplies, and other support activities.
