Job summary

Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital in Michigan is seeking an associate DVM to help rebuild a reopened practice with new leadership. You’ll join a clinic intentionally staffed from day one, with strong technician support and flexible to new ideas and services.

The compensation includes a base salary of $130,000–$150,000 plus production incentives and a $30,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate who is excited to shape the clinic’s next chapter. Relocation assistance available.

About Our Clinic

Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is preparing for a carefully planned reopening with new leadership and a rebuilt team. This offers associate veterinarians a rare chance to join a practice from the beginning, rather than inheriting a full caseload or outdated systems.
