Job summary

North M-18 Veterinary Clinic in mid-Michigan is expanding and seeks a collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established, small-animal practice. We offer a no-weekends, no-after-hours schedule and a supportive team focused on high-quality care.

Provide wellness, dentistry, surgery, and diagnostics; build strong client relationships; and contribute to process improvements in a positive, team-driven environment. Michigan-licensed or eligible candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice DVM in Michigan.
• Full-time schedule minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Strong surgical skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, growth mindset.

• Full in-house lab, digital x-ray, dental radiographs, ultrasound, surgical monitoring, and EMR
• Skilled support team including fully utilized LVTs for surgery, recovery, and client liaison work

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive care in wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery

Compensation And Benefits

• Up to $150,000 base salary plus production for 2+ years of experience
• Up to $60,000 signing/retention bonus
