Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional medical care to hospitalized pediatric and adult patients in a 50/50 inpatient role.
• Collaborate with diverse teams of subspecialists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
• Work with dedicated nurses and support staff in both pediatric and adult care settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide programs.
• Provide bedside education and mentorship to residents.
• Explore opportunities to develop new training programs, lectureships, and leadership roles.

Position Profile

• Board certified/eligible Med-Peds physician (Med-Peds residency or similar training required).
• Flexible scheduling with 10-12-hour shifts in Pediatric Hospital Medicine.
• Robust subspecialty support, including 24/7 in-house specialists in Pediatrics, PICU, CVICU, NICU, and Adult ICU.
