Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Recruiting Relations Specialist - Unions to strengthen our union craft workforce strategy and partnerships across projects. You will support events, recruiting, apprenticeship collaboration, training and compliance activities to build a skilled, stable craft workforce.

This role serves as the liaison between operations, union partners, apprenticeship programs, workforce development organizations, and field leadership to ensure workforce stability and adherence to

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent construction industry experience preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction operations, union labor coordination, workforce development, recruiting, apprenticeship programs, or labor relations preferred.
• Experience working with union craft workforce environments required.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred in some regions.
• Certifications (NCCER, OSHA, apprenticeship administration or workforce development) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support primary point of contact for union workforce coordination and labor-related activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with union agents, apprenticeship coordinators, and training directors.
• Coordinate union labor requests and workforce needs with field operations and project leadership.
• Support manpower planning for union craft staffing across multiple projects and regions.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements, workforce reporting, and labor standards.
