Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role pays $22.24 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with overtime as needed.

You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and handle pallets and packages. Responsibilities include using RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, receiving and stocking incoming material, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0-5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Compliance with PPE and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material accurately and timely.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident-free; follow safety rules.
