Description

To perform duties in the manufacture of high-quality biological products. Responsibilities

  • Prepare records, calculations, and documentation
  • Follow schedules, procedures, and documents
  • Assist in training and developing procedures
  • Use computer-assisted data entry systems such as MES, SAP, scanners, and printers
  • Support lower labor grades to ensure daily tasks are completed
  • Maintain and operate laboratory and production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper documentation
  • Perform sterilization, filtration, aseptic processing, sampling, and testing activities
  • Maintain production vessels and equipment, perform preventive maintenance
  • Assist higher-grade operators and perform lower-grade jobs as needed
  • Complete aseptic qualification programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to wear a respirator and meet physical demands
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Mathematical and reasoning skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and computer skills
  • Understanding of GMP, safety, and laboratory practices
