TOPS Staffing is hiring Production Line Workers for a well-established, union manufacturing company in the Pittsburgh area. This is a direct hire opportunity, with full benefits.

Starting pay recently increased, and you are paid for the full 8-hour shift, including breaks and lunch. Shifts: Daylight 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ($18.85/hr), Afternoon 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM ($19.35/hr), Night 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM ($19.10/hr).

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good attention to detail.
• No experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep production lines running smoothly.
• Load materials into machines and monitor output.
• Perform basic quality checks on products.
• Remove defective items and clear minor jams.
• Pack, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
