Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Journeyman or EPA Universal License required.
• Local 399 Union membership required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for the assigned property.
• Inspect and repair building equipment including pumps, boilers, chillers, and light fixtures.
• Respond to emergency situations and report incidents to supervision.
• Complete safety training and adhere to CBRE policies and guidelines.
• Document activities and communicate with supervisors and other teams.
