DPR Construction is seeking skilled labor for Division 7 systems installation, including waterproofing, insulation, and firestopping. You will interpret plans, coordinate with team members, and ensure safe, compliant work on site, applying Division 7 standards to diverse envelope components.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years’ related experience, and OSHA 10 certification (to be completed within 6 months of hire).
Executes standard and moderately complex Division 7 field tasks to support high-quality installation of waterproofing, insulation, firestopping and building envelope systems. Applies working technical knowledge to perform assigned activities independently, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Collaborates with other crew members and trade partners to coordinate material use, work sequencing, and cleanup while maintaining a safe and organized site. Adapts installation techniques to meet project conditions and contributes to team discussions to resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2-4 years of experience in Division 7 construction, waterproofing, insulation, firestopping or a related field required.
