Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Division 7 Lead to manage and coordinate on-site Division 7 activities, including waterproofing, insulation, firestopping and building envelope installations. Responsibilities

  • Leads the management and development of a crew of Division 7 workers, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under supervision.
  • Manages and supervises the installation and assembly of Division 7 systems, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitors daily progress of Division 7 installations and escalated challenges, proactively identifying and resolving on-site issues related to materials, application methods, and integration with other building systems.
  • Coordinates all Division 7 activities with project teams and other trades by attending site meetings, communicating technical updates, and adjusting work plans to accommodate evolving project requirements and schedules.
  • Manages site preparation for Division 7 work by managing material deliveries, staging equipment, and sequencing tasks to minimize delays and maximize crew efficiency.
  • Reviews accurate and detailed project records, including daily reports and crew time cards to ensure all Division 7 work is performed according to the plan and that material usage aligns with company protocols.
  • Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crew.

Job Summary

Leads daily Division 7 operations and contributes to achieving project goals. Manages and coordinates daily Division 7 activities, including waterproofing, insulation, firestopping and building envelope installations, by proactively planning work sequences, ensuring material readiness, and maintaining clear, effective communication with all stakeholders to drive efficient workflow and on-time task completion. Manages collaboration with project teams and other trades to integrate Division 7 activities with overall construction schedules and organizational objectives. Directs crew members in the safe and precise execution of Division 7 work, upholding rigorous quality standards and maximizing productivity in alignment with project and company goals. Elevates crew performance by promoting open communication, enforcing accountability for workmanship and safety, and supporting ongoing training in Division 7 installation techniques.

Pay Range

Anticipated starting pay range: $30.00- $33.00
