Identifies and communicates site issues or material needs to crew leads or foremen for timely resolution. Maintains work areas in clean, organized, and safe condition throughout project execution. Follows safety policies, procedures, and best practices on all assigned tasks. **Education Qualifications:** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in ACT-Ceiling or 2–4 years of experience in ceiling installation, construction, or a related field required. **Certifications and Licenses:** Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred.
