Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable commercial/industrial service experience.
• Valid Journeyman HVAC 1 Industrial Card; union membership or willingness to join.
• Strong motor controls knowledge and exposure to PLC/building automation.
• Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and navigate restricted spaces.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation of high-tonnage commercial/industrial HVAC systems across regional sites.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize performance and uptime.
• Electrical and controls fault-tracing to isolate system errors and control faults.
• System commissioning and validation prior to job completion to ensure quality.
• Consult with facility directors and plant managers as a technical advisor.
• Mentor and guide apprentices on the jobsite.
