Western Specialty Contractors is hiring a Construction Concrete Foreman for our Washington, DC branch. You will supervise crews, coordinate activities, and ensure projects meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, material handling, and scaffold rigging, with collaboration with the superintendent and project manager. Strong reading of drawings and ability to work at heights are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reading, writing and math skills to comprehend safety policies and instructions.
• Ability to read drawings is necessary.
• Identify hazards in work surroundings and ensure safety compliance.
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Supervises workers and coordinates activities to meet construction schedules.
• Load, transport, and furnish materials, tools, and equipment.
• Rigging of mobile and stationary scaffolding per guidelines.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation.
• Ensure workers understand safety policies and maintain customer relations.
