DPR Construction in San Diego, CA is seeking a Union Apprentice Concrete to learn basic concrete tasks under close supervision. You will assist with form setup, placement, finishing, and help maintain clean, organized work areas while following safety procedures.

The role offers hands-on training, OSHA 10-hr preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and 0–2 years of concrete construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under direct supervision.
• Prepares and maintains clean, organized work areas and tools.
• Supports crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
• Follows DPR Construction’s safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Participates in training and on-the-job learning to develop technical and safety skills.
• Communicates effectively with crew members and responds to direction promptly.
