Qualifications

• Must be a member in good standing of the local union.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review plans and specs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Schedule work with the Superintendent and manage workflow to optimize productivity.
