Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A and clearance to operate commercially in the U.S.
• Must be 21+ years old
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one
• Ability to lift and move product cases up to 90 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/trailer and trailer as required by DOT regulations
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Report safety hazards and required repairs promptly
• Inspect and secure freight, verify loading, and complete necessary paperwork
• Deliver orders according to schedule, unload at customer sites
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments where applicable
• Load returns, secure trailer, and ensure equipment is locked and safe
• Maintain daily hours-of-service logs as required
• Keep tractor and loading dock area tidy and trailers clear
