Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in concrete construction or related trade.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

• Assist in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized work areas and tools.
• Support crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
