Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is hiring a Uniform Attendant to manage the end-to-end uniform lifecycle for our team. You will issue, label, track, and return uniforms, ensuring inventory accuracy and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite and InvoTech software.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, and track team member uniforms with proper labeling and assignment.
• Inspect uniforms for cleanliness and wear; route items for laundering or repairs.
• Perform basic mending and coordinate alterations with Laundry or vendors.
• Maintain organized stockrooms, conduct regular counts, and support month-end reporting.
• Prepare uniform kits for new hires and process returns for separations and role changes.
• Monitor par levels and place orders for replacements and accessories following brand standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and PPE protocols in the uniform room and laundry areas.
• Provide friendly service for exchanges, sizing, and special requests; escalate issues to leadership when needed.
