We are seeking a Product Manager III to drive execution across a large direct business portfolio, focusing on scalable, platform-driven improvements that reduce friction for large employers and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within Health & Benefits, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering complex products with strong focus on execution and outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong technical fluency with API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL, integrations, webhooks).
• Ability to navigate complex systems across multiple domains and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across a large, complex portfolio of Health & Benefits products, ensuring delivery against priorities.
• Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Modernize existing products and build scalable, platform-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, including user stories and backlog prioritization.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
