Positions are available at the following three levels:
Senior Unified Communications Engineer
- Manage and troubleshoot Avaya and MSTP (Managed Secure Telephony Platform) systems.
- Oversee all engineering activities related to MSTP configuration and endpoint connectivity.
- Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot performance problems, and ensure efficient operations.
- Configure and optimize Avaya and MSTP solutions to meet business needs.
- Experience with Avaya, MSTP, Cisco, Microsoft TAC, Power BI, SAFe.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience.
- Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training (2 years undergraduate + 5 years experience), No Degree (10 years experience), MA/MS (4 years experience).
Unified Communications Engineer Mid
- Manage and support the Microsoft Domain environment for Legacy and EVoIP, ensuring functionality, security, and performance.
- Maintain Call Recording systems, ensuring proper configuration and operation.
- Experience with Microsoft Domain, Windows Admin (DNS, IIS, DHCP, GPM), VCenter, VMware, Calabrio, Operation Manager.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related industry experience.
- Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training (2 years undergraduate + 2 years experience), No Degree (5 years experience), MA/MS (no experience required).
Unified Communications Engineer Jr
- Manage and support the Microsoft Domain environment for Legacy and EVoIP.
- Oversee and maintain Call Recording systems.
- Create and manage O&M accounts, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance.
- Experience with Microsoft Domain, Windows Admin, VCenter, VMware, Calabrio, Operation Manager.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience.
- Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training (2 years undergraduate), No Degree (4 years experience).
Clearance: Top Secret (TS) with ability to obtain TS/SCI access + CI Poly.
Location: 75% travel, 25% onsite in Washington, DC.
