Unified Capabilities and Communications Network Administrator

Key Role:

Monitors network administration and maintenance operations. Manages the design evolution of existing operational networks and resolves network incidents to ensure the smooth running of the network operation. Applies advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members. Helps develop and manage a Cloud Enterprise DoD Capability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in network administration with a specialization in Unified Capabilities and Communications

  • Experience in a leadership role managing network projects and teams

  • Experience in architecting and optimizing Unified Capabilities and Communications infrastructures

  • Knowledge of Cloud-based networking technologies

  • Ability to provide strategic direction for network initiatives in a Cloud-based DoD program

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science

  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - CCIE Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
