The ideal candidate will collaborate with staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to DIAA rules while supporting student growth on and off the court.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
• Knowledge of DIAA rules and Title IX obligations for athletics.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and staff.
• Experience with online record-keeping and coaching evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance player performance.
• Analyze opponents and develop game plans to maximize team success.
• Lead meetings and practices to review performance and plan future games.
• Collaborate with head coach and staff to ensure cohesive operations.
• Track team and player performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Manage team schedule, practices, games, and travel logistics.
• Ensure compliance with DIAA rules and district policies.
