CNA is seeking an Underwriting Trainee to join the Commercial Industry Segments team, with rotations in Chicago, IL or Radnor, PA. This full-time program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training across underwriting fundamentals and related disciplines.

You will engage in a structured curriculum, including instructor-led sessions, on-the-job training, and cross-functional exposure, in a hybrid work setting.

The process requires underwriters to evaluate a business by reviewing industry, business and government data, then deciding whether to accept or decline the risk.
