Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking an Underwriting and Traffic Coordinator in the Athens area. This role manages underwriting sales, revenue operations, content production, and traffic systems to support underwriting and promotional messaging.

You will write, record, and produce announcements and manage program logs to ensure accurate scheduling and compliance. You will collaborate with consultants, clients, and station staff to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Administration and Collections: Enter contracts and client details into traffic and billing system; monitor payment activity; report billing activity and reconcile records.
• Traffic and Program Log Management: Schedule on-air spots; generate and oversee daily/weekly logs; resolve discrepancies; manage weekly schedules and traffic software; produce reports for GPB and FCC.
• Underwriting Sales and Contract Administration: Oversee underwriting contracts and client relationships; ensure proper contract maintenance.
