Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Economics, Business, or comparable with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for customer service.
• Available to work full-time January–July 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work with underwriting leaders and business partners to support projects shaping the future of underwriting.
• Assist in process improvement, training, authority management, reporting, and data analytics.
• Research business challenges, analyze current processes, and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluate solutions and help drive projects from concept through implementation.
