What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite, review, and rate Property & Casualty insurance for nonprofit habitational segment
- Provide customer support and guidance to clients, brokers, and prospects

- Monitor and follow up on proposals to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify premium growth opportunities through cross-selling additional coverage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in Property & Casualty or Management Liability insurance
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with carrier underwriting systems
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or Finance preferred
- Property and Casualty license preferred; must be obtained within 6 months of hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing applications based on underwriting guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite products
- Experience in underwriting management liability (D&O/EPL)
