CNA Insurance is seeking an Underwriting Associate to join the National Accounts Property team. The hybrid role underwriting renewal and new business within limited authority, partnering with underwriters, brokers, and branch staff.
The position is based in Atlanta or Denver, handling endorsements, pricing, quotes, and client relationships while remaining current on CNA strategies and regulations. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience are typical requirements.

Joining the National Accounts Property team as an Underwriting Associate, you will be responsible for underwriting risk for the underwriting lifecycle both renewal and new business within limited authority. You will partner with Underwriters as well as maintain branch and broker relationships on all aspects of the Underwriting function including providing the necessary information to allow the Underwriter to make prudent underwriting decisions.
This hybrid position works 2-3 days per week from any of the following offices: Atlanta or Denver.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $47,000 to $78,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
