Responsibilities

• Underwrite CRE debt opportunities, focusing on bridge and construction loans.
• Analyze property-level cash flows, rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, borrower financials, and market data.
• Build and review detailed real estate financial and underwriting models.
• Evaluate loan structure, leverage, LTC/LTV, DSCR, collateral, repayment sources, and exit strategies.
• Perform detailed credit analysis and identify key risks and mitigants.
• Conduct due diligence on sponsors, borrowers, properties, and markets.
• Prepare investment committee materials, credit memos, and transaction analyses.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals, originators, borrowers, brokers, and third-party advisors.
• Monitor existing loans and investments, including construction progress and asset performance.
• Support portfolio management and ongoing asset surveillance.
